Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumers’ Rights Protection”, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item bought on WhyNotDenim’s website or in one of our stores.
– Exchange / return of the item is carried out by Nova Poshta delivery service.
– All expenses associated with exchange / return of the due quility item, including delivery costs, are borne by a buyer.
– Along with the item, you also need to send us the purchase receipt, as well as a completed online-application for exchange / return (via e-mail). Please note that the items will not be exchanged / returned if the said documents are not provided.
– The application for exchange / return of the item must be completed and sent at info@whynotdenim.com with. The e-mail subject shoud be: “Exchange / return”.

REQUIREMENTS TO ITEMS TO BE RETURNED:

– An item has not been used and has kept its original selling condition.
– The item is unwashed.
– There are no stains, foundation, etc. on the item.
– There are all labels, stickers, tags, etc. attached to the item (i.e., not torn off or cut off).
– In case of non-compliance with the above mentioned requirements, the item is not subject to exchange / return. Such item will be sent back at the expense of the buyer.

REFUNDS:
– Once we have received the returned item and confirmed its compliance with the requirements for items return, we will make a refund.
– Refund is made by wire transfer to the buyer’s bank card specified in the application for return no later than ten (10) business days from the date of receipt by the seller of the buyer’s return and confirmation of the latter’s compliance with the items return terms and conditions.

Return and exchange of the items is made in the territory of Ukraine only.
